Farbwahrnehmung durch das Werk der K\u00fcnstlerin. Den Auftakt bildete ihre Diplomarbeit 1976 an der HdK\/UdK. Seitdem hat sie die Farbe nicht mehr losgelassen. Die Farbe und ein in Auseinandersetzung mit der Farbe geschultes Denken bilden den Grundtenor ihres gesamten k\u00fcnstlerischen Werks. Sie spielt auch in ihren gegenst\u00e4ndlichen Arbeiten eine entscheidende Rolle.<\/p>\n<p>Farbe, das ist f\u00fcr Simone Kornfeld so etwas wie eine Haltung. Eine Haltung, die die Sprache der Poesie der begrifflich verfassten Sprache vorzieht. Eine Haltung, die weniger um Definitionen und Grenzziehungen bem\u00fcht ist als darum, zu entgrenzen oder in Beziehung zu setzen.<\/p>\n<p>Welche Bedeutung der Farbe in der Kunst und im Leben der K\u00fcnstlerin zukommt, kann man daran ermessen, dass Simone Kornfeld in den 80er Jahren ein Tagebuch im Medium der Farbe f\u00fchrte. Die Farbe schl\u00e4gt f\u00fcr sie die Br\u00fccke zur Musik und zum Tanz, den K\u00fcnsten, zu denen sie eine gro\u00dfe Affinit\u00e4t hat, und auch zur Vorstellung vom Kosmos.
